No. Our Etsy products are digital downloads, so no physical item is shipped. You get files to print or open at home.

After checkout, Etsy emails you when your files are ready. On etsy.com, go to You › Purchases and reviews and click Download files. Downloads work best on a computer; the Etsy app may not open files.

Check the email Etsy sent, and look for the files in your computer's Downloads folder. PDFs open in any free PDF reader. Still stuck? Write to us or message us on Etsy and we'll help.

Cozy Witch Academy comes as two PDFs: US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4 (210 × 297 mm). Use whichever matches your paper. The free sampler is US Letter and prints fine on A4 with Fit to page.

Choose Actual size or Fit to page. Print in black and white if you like, since the pages are pure black line art. Landscape designs are rotated to fill a portrait page, so your printer handles them automatically.

Smooth 65–110 lb cardstock is great for markers and alcohol markers. Regular copy paper works well for colored pencils and crayons. For markers, slip a spare sheet underneath to stop bleed-through.

Yes. Print your favorites as often as you like for your own personal use.

Print and color them for yourself, and color them with family and friends at home. Please don't sell, share or redistribute the files or printed pages, or use them in products for sale. Full details are in our terms of use.

Yes, we'd love that! Please share photos of your finished pages, but not the blank files.

Yes. Our illustrations are created with AI image-generation tools from our own prompts, then chosen, cleaned up and checked by our family. We say so on every listing.

Because our products are digital downloads, we can't accept returns or exchanges, as noted in our Etsy listings. If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't what the listing described, contact us or message us on Etsy and we'll make it right. Etsy's own purchase policies also apply to orders placed on Etsy.

It's an Excel file (.xlsx) for Excel 2016 or later, or Microsoft 365 (desktop or free web). It also works in Google Sheets after you import it, and in LibreOffice Calc. Apple Numbers can open it, but some formatting and charts may look different.

Go to drive.google.com, click New › File upload and choose the .xlsx. Open it in Drive, then choose File › Save as Google Sheets. Your converted copy is private to you.

The planner arrives filled with sample numbers so you can see how it works. Clear the white cells on Transactions, Bills, Debt Snowball and Savings Goals. Leave the cream and oat cells alone, because they hold the formulas.

Snowball pays the smallest balance first, for quick wins. Avalanche pays the highest interest rate first, which usually saves more interest. Switch between them in Settings and compare Total interest paid. The planner is a tracking tool, not financial advice.

Yes. Set the year in Settings. To change the currency, select the money columns and pick your symbol under Format › Number › Currency.
